This page explains what this site collects when you drop your email, why, and what happens to it. Short version: we collect your email to send you a PDF, we never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
- Your email address — only when you submit the form on this page.
- An IP address, transiently, so we can rate-limit abuse of the signup form. It's stored in a short-TTL key-value cache (seconds to minutes) and not linked to your email in any durable record.
- Aggregate, cookieless traffic stats if Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on this site — page views and referrers, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data.
What we don't collect
- No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No session replay. No behavioral profiles.
- No sensitive categories of data (we simply don't ask).
Why we have it
- To send you the PDF you requested (legal basis: consent, confirmed via a double opt-in click).
- To prevent form abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- To understand aggregate traffic if analytics is on (legal basis: legitimate interest — no personal data is processed).
Where it lives
Your email is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the EU region. Transactional emails (the confirmation link and the PDF delivery) are sent through Resend, which sees your email address in order to deliver the message. Rate-limit entries live briefly in Cloudflare KV. These three — Cloudflare and Resend — are the only sub-processors involved.
How long we keep it
Your email stays in the database until you ask us to delete it, or until the project is shut down. If you never confirm the double opt-in, the pending row is not used for anything and can be purged on request.
Your rights
Under GDPR (and equivalent laws), you can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it within a reasonable window — usually the same week.

Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes that affect how your data is used will also be mentioned in the next email we send you, if we're sending you any.
